Dashboard Interface
KonnectzIT main interface looks super easy to understand, very clean and best of all, it only takes a few clicks to get things “rolling” to connect your favorite platforms together so they can communicate with one another.
It tells you how many active KonnectzIT you have running live as well as how many are in “draft” mode just waiting for you to activate them to unleash their powers to the world, automation!
It has a small section named “latest apps” where you can see which apps the developing team have finished creating so you can start using these apps (if you use them) to automate communication.
As you scroll down you will see your latest KonnectzIT you’ve created and yes.., if you look closely, I think it is obvious I’m promoting a few products to my audience. What can I say, I love affiliate marketing and KonnectzIT makes this process a breeze!
We see a section labeled “task consumption,” which means the number of times one operates a task using the workflow (connecting two platforms together).
For example, if you want to get a notification of every sale that happens in Printful to your personal Yahoo account as part of your automation, this will count as one task.
I have many tasks, I know. Ha! However, I know that as time passes, I will get more savvy when it comes to marketing tools and software's, so I may be using tons of tasks within the next few months… so watch out!
At the bottom right you’ll see they have a banner where they encourage you to upgrade your price plan account to get more premium features and more tasks per month. The task resets after every month, so you will start back from zero which is phenomenal!
For last, you’ll see a Facebook messenger app at the bottom right section of your monitor screen and this is their customer service support team who will be helping you out to solve your problems. You can also send them an email about what’s going on if they are not online and they will respond back to you.
KonnectzIT Apps Integration Library
The KonnectzIT apps integration is the second tab on your left side bar when you click under the house icon.
In the first section you can see what apps are authorized to pass the information to KonnectzIT. In my case, I’ve set up my GetResponse to receive all data collected from my leads and sales.
You can also authorize more than one software to either receive or send information to another marketing tool. You can also have 3 platforms sending information like “A to B and B to C”, this will be a total of 3 operating tasks!
KonnectzIt
This would be the third icon on your left, under the apps icon.
Here is where you can see all your active and inactive KonnectzItT. As you can see above, I have a total of three live and running KonnectzIT that are generating leads and sales for me.
You can also create a folder and name it to segment your different KonnectzIT. One can be completely for money coming to your bank account, another one for a phone notification about your appointment set up on zoom, another one for new updates, etc…
As you can see, there is also an option to edit or delete your current active KonnectzIT workflow.
KonnectzIT History
This tab is to show your task history, how many tasks were successful and which KonnectzIT are causing errors on the system so you can quickly fix them to stop losing money. This is why we always have to double and even triple check everything is operating 100%.
When you click on one of your workflows a drop menu will appear providing you with the task date, name of the user (your name) and if it was a success. Success pretty much means that the workflow is working without any errors.
The errors tab, as you already guessed by now. Are tasks to fix now because people are clicking on your workflow but it's not functioning properly.
KonnectzIT Visual Content Builder
Up above you can see one of my workflow sequences which is pretty basic and nothing complicated, just straight to the point: customer opt-in and I send the information to my email marketing platform.
In this situation because they haven’t integrated with Chatmatic I had to use a webhook to send the information to GetResponse. The webhook acts like a catcher to receive the information and then sends it off to your preferred CRM.
However, if KonnectzIT has both integration apps, the communication from app A to app B is even easier to set up!
Inside KonnectzIT, if you want to have 3 or 4 integration apps communicating with each other, they have an amazing staff who would be more than happy to show you through chat or even on videos on how to perform these tasks!

Honestly, this section is geared to very hard core apps integration users who love to do complex workflows but for most of us, as long as we can send information for platform A to B, we are happy and content.
KonnectzIt Vs Zapier
As of right now the category king when it comes to apps integration without a doubt is Zapier because it was born mid year on 2012 while KonnectzIt was born late 2019 and early 2020.
Both are very amazing apps integration software programs but one of the differences is that KonnectzIt has a visual builder unlike Zapier where it is all a drop down menu to answer how to connect each apps with what and what answer to transfer over.
This is the old way but I'm not saying it doesn't work. However, KonnectzIt decided to innovate the way you interact with the apps integration by making it visual builder and clicking the most important thing to transfer to the other platform. Easy and fun to use!
On the other hand, KonnectzIt has over +750 apps already integrated with the platform and it may be a few hundred of apps behind Zapier but when it comes to price value, KonnectzIt over comes Zapier by skyscrapers.

The next competitor KonnectzIt has is Pabbly which is right behind Zapier.
Pabbly only advantage is that it was release before KonnectzIt and was able to integrate with more platforms just like Zapier.
When it comes to price plans, as you already may have guess! KonnectzIt has a much cheaper price than its two competitors because it's still young but moving fast. This is how companies start till they build momentum and then start charging twice as much!
Honestly, if they all do the same get the youngest platform because at the end of the day they all do the same. Why not save extra money, with the cheapest competitor? Just because KonnectzIt is cheap, doesn't mean they suck in quality!

Integrately is still one of the apps integration platforms I use outside of KonnectzIt because I paid the full year, then I heard about KonnectzIt and decided to get them as well.
I'm in the process of making of transferring everything over because to me they were the cheapest solution with amazing customer support, all the apps integration I needed and easy to use. However, KonnectzIt price is much better and there
...customer support team is as equal as Integrately or even better. Also, KonnectzIt has an affiliate program that pays the user out and Integrately also has one but they incentivize the user by getting more operational tasks.
