This is where your customer becomes a hot buyer and will purchase anything you place on the market because they have seen results with your previous products and/or services.

Not giving your chatbot any human-like characteristics such as: sounding full of energy, using emojis, cracking up a joke or 2, etc.., 


Will make your customer feel like you're abusing the power of artificial intelligence and are hiding your true self behind robots and letting them do everything for you.


Make sure to let your future prospects know at the very beginning of the chatbot conversation that they are talking to a chatbot with a very cool personality and not to a human.
