11 Steps To Create The Perfect GrooveBlog Post

Blogging is one of the old traditional methods of generating traffic to one’s website, and it’s still one of the most effective methods without having to put money behind some ads to attract a targeted audience organically.

The purpose of blogging is to share one’s knowledge, experience, or even expertise with the rest of the world so the reader can learn from them.

However, smart marketers saw this opportunity to generate an extra income and started optimizing for specific keywords to rank their pages on the top pages of Google to drive traffic to their blogging sites.

Creating the perfect blog post is like an art form combined with science, and if the blogger has the right mixture, he or she can profit from their blogging site.

I believe that I’ve come super close to discovering this formula and this is why I wanted to share with you what has worked for me in these eleven steps to take your blogging site from zero to over a few hundred, or even thousands, of visitors in a month.

Keep in mind, this is just how to structure your blog post. Marketing is a whole different creature to tackle, but in this blog post I’ll be dropping tips and other of my blog posts so you can boost your marketing skills!

What is GrooveBlog?

GrooveBlog is a place where you can blog just like other blogging websites, but compared to them, GrooveBlog is just more than a normal website; it’s part of something so much bigger that makes this CRM unstoppable, GrooveCm.

With GrooveCm, you can do your email marketing, create membership sites for free and paid customers, do webinars, host your personal videos so no one can steal them from you (like people do on Youtube) and so much more. Read this article here!

One of my favorite “branches” is GrooveBlog, where it is easy to write and compose blog posts from any laptop or PC you log into. If you go to settings, you can optimize everything to give you a higher chance of visitors clicking on your hyperlinks!

I recommend adding embedded ads like the ones you are seeing now (top and bottom of my page), add share buttons, add tracking codes to see how your blogs are being found on the internet, and these are just a few features I like to mention inside GrooveBlog.

Why Not Create A GrooveBlog Outline?

If you want to write as much as possible, you might think that taking the time to make an outline is a waste of time. But making an outline will save you time and help you write a better blog post in the end. GrooveBlog helps you get more done in less time.

Think of it as a map that will help you stay on the right track and avoid getting stuck. This "map" will help you move from one main point to the next in a way that makes sense.

Plan ahead, put your ideas in order, look over your data, and more. It's a way to make sure your post is well-written and will do well. The goal of an outline is to flesh out your "aha!" idea.

Focus on the beginning, middle, and end of your GrooveBlog post as you work on its structure. This process will help you include the most important and useful information and get rid of ideas that don't add much.

It helps the article make sense. Your article should have a beginning, a middle, and an end. Your plan makes it easy to plan and do this. This method has helped me out a lot in my journey as a blogger.

It helps you figure out what you want the article to accomplish before you write it. Do you understand what the reader wants? You can find out what your audience wants to read by making an outline.

Use the tips above to save time. For example, if you use your outline to point out the important ideas, you won't waste time writing things that don't belong. Your outline also serves as a plan, which helps you stay on track, so you can finish your blog post on time.

An outline for a blog post can set you up for success and make it easier to start writing the content. Think about these things the next time you think you can just "wing it," because I've been there, done that, and seen it backfire.

Putting Together The Perfect GrooveBlog Outline

Before you can start writing your outline, we have a few tips that can make the planning process go more smoothly. Yes, we want you to plan out how you'll plan your outline.

Please wait. You may proceed now. Ha!

Here are the steps to think about when putting together a blog post outline:

1.- Choose A Topic Using Keyword Research

Searching for a topic has been made easy with the use of keyword research tools like ubersuggest. The vast search engine databases can provide you with not only ideas but also keyword suggestions that can guide and shape your content from the very start.

First, figure out what your main point is. What is the main point of your post? For example, this post is about how to make an outline for a blog post. Since this is the main point of the post, it's in the title so people know what to expect when they click on it.

Again, this shows how important it is that your posts are well-written and organized. If people bother to open them, it's because the title sounds interesting.

Once a person comes to your site, it's up to you to keep them there. If your post is badly written and hard to understand, the reader will lose interest quickly and leave.

So, even though this might seem like a simple and obvious step, don't underestimate how important it is to choose the right topic and, more importantly, to present that topic in a way that is interesting and informative.

Remember, keyword search tools are meant to help you along the process, not give you the answers you are hoping for.

This is where your creativity as a blogger, marketer, or entrepreneur kicks in to figure out the missing piece to make the blog post a masterpiece!

2.- Brainstorm Sections | Main Points And Takeaways

Once you know what the article is about in general, decide what you want readers to take away from it when they reach the end. If you figure out your article's main point and main takeaways early on in the outline, your article will have a good flow and purpose.

A subheading, which is like a mini title for that part of the GrooveBlog, can be used to sum up each point. Think of these subheadings as summaries of what you want to write. You can change them in the final post. For now, they are just suggestions to help you write.

Think of subheadings as a more organized brainstorm that connects with other related content from your original brainstorm. At this point, we are separating them in a way that will make sense for your visitors to read in an ideal order without any confusion.

Put notes about the ideas you want to talk about under each subheading. This is especially important if you want to use specific research, data, or product information.

Overall, this is a fun creative zone to come up with as many ideas for your main topic to impact the reader when reading your GrooveBlog Post.

3.- Structuring Your Mirco Topics In Chronological Order

Which order makes the most sense for your subheads? Your outline's subheadings should flow from the "big idea" to the end goal. Also, think about what your content is meant to do. Is your goal to educate, persuade, or sell?

When you get this order right, it will also be easier to write your post because the ideas you want to share will flow into each other. Putting this order in your outline will help you stay on track as you write.

The whole point is to get rid of any ideas that don't belong in your outline so that you don't get lost when you're writing your post.

So, for this post, examples of subheadings are:

  • What is GrooveBlog?
  • Why Create A GrooveBlog Outline?
  • Putting Together The Perfect GrooveBlog Outline

As you can see, for my last subheading, which is this section I’m writing here. I am breaking down this subheading into bulletins, providing even more detail for each step that I mention, so these are considered like a third subheading, making sense two the second one which leads to the main topic.

Yes, it sounds a bit crazy, but I think once you start making your first GrooveBlog post, everything will all fall into place!

4.- Creating Eye Grabbing Images

There are a lot of companies that are starting to use videos and pictures as marketing tools. But you don't have to be an expert photographer or videographer to create good-quality images with the right tools. Anyone can make great images that will grab the attention of their audience.

I personally use Canva, which is a free tool that allows you to create eye-catching images to keep your audience engaged with the GrooveBlog.

However, you must make sure the image relates to the subheading to keep everything congruent.

5.- Crafting Strong “Hooks” To Keep Readers Engage

Think of a short story, a metaphor, or an interesting example that shows why what you're going to talk about is important.

If you can hook your readers with a good first sentence, you've already done half of your job. Because if your first paragraph is boring, no one will bother reading the rest.

Many writers find it easier to write the blog post's body first and the introduction last.

One way to write a good introduction is to ask a question that solves a problem for the reader. Then you can tell them how reading your post can help them deal with it.

This is a great way to get your readers' attention, and they'll want to keep reading to see if they can figure out the answer.

6.- Write Relatable Data Points For Each Subheading

Every subheading is like its own zip code from a small region of a city that makes the whole county. We want our readers to explore each and every corner of the country we built for them so they can enjoy the adventure as they read our GrooveBlog.

My strategy is to write anywhere from 4–7 main points in a bulletin format to see your idea visible in your Google Doc or Microsoft Word document. This way, you won’t forget your idea and you can always come back to it later to expand your idea into something more delicious.

If you don’t have main points for your subheadings, type the main topic into the Google search bar to get inspired by other similar ideas and thoughts to get your creative juices flowing. DO NOT COPY, PLEASE!

7.- Go Back To Optimize Your Content

Optimizing your content means using SEO strategies so your article can be found when someone types it in on the search engines like Google, Bing, or even Yahoo!

Use these methods down below:

  • Use the main keyword in the title of the GrooveBlog article.
  • Use the main keywords frequently throughout the GrooveBlog
  • Use image alt text
  • Link to other blogs or articles
  • Add plugins for your readers to share your blog to others
  • Add CTAs (Call To Action)
  • Bold words to tell the reader, the information is important
  • Proofread it before posting it up on the internet

This would be the basic optimization of your content for your readers to read your full blog as well as to make the search engines happy!

8.- Bring It Back All Together With A Strong Conclusion

Now that you've gotten this far, don't leave your readers hanging! Take the time to sum up your post's main points, bring them back to the story you started with, and remind them why they should follow your advice.

An example would be like watching the movie “Cars” from Disney World. The main point of the story was for the red car to win the trophy, and he went through “heaven and hell” to prepare for the race.

The conclusion was, “It’s not about the trophy, it's about the process because that is what made me better (the red car)."

It’s a way to impact the reader with an “aha” moment. They see why you wrote a GrooveBlog post!

9.- Have A Strong CTA

You can't call your post successful unless you can get people to do something on the site.

Finish your conclusion with a meaningful call to action (CTA) for your reader. This could be advice, a content offer, or a link to another related blog post.

Use the last lines of your post to make the reader feel like he or she has learned something from you and that there is even more to learn from you. This will make them want to click on a link or CTA image and read more.

You’ll see a great example of this when you read my conclusion with the hopes of two things: one is that I hope I gain your trust so you can let me help you with my CTA, and the other one is to make you a better blogger with these secrets so you can take them and customize them for your GrooveBlog industry.

10.- Look For Linking Opportunities

You should always link to five external links with similar topics to you that can help your reader learn more about your current topic, like the statistics, big companies related to your keyword industry, and others.

You should also link to a few of your other GrooveBlogs posts with similar topics as well.

11.- Publish Your Newly Created GrooveBlog Post

The last part is to simply post your GrooveBlog to the internet and share it through social media and all your other distribution channels.

The more eyeballs you have, the higher the chances you have of having your readers take action on your CTA. This could be having them click on your links to take them to: Youtube, an ecommerce store, to a different website, to set up an appointment, etc.

Overall, let everyone know that you’ve created your next GrooveBlog post so they can also help you share it with the rest of the world, so you can reach a wider audience.

Conclusion: GrooveBlog Is Like A Lead Magnet Attracting The Right People To Make More Sales Too.

GrooveBlog has been my secret weapon in order to drive the right people (audience) or as I like to call them, my “dream customer”... To get the products and services I am promoting on my blog. The sales may not be a lot, but over time they add up to the point of generating me a stable income.

I’m not sure if you know this, but when you sign up to get a free account here, you qualify to become part of the affiliate program to earn anywhere from 20-40% for every referral you bring to open an account with GrooveCm. Lots of Groove-users are doing this!

As long as you are using the right keywords that your audience is typing in on the search engines, your blog could end up being one of the first ones on the search engine pages, so you can get the click and have your ideal visitor read your content specifically for him or her!

Over all, GrooveBlog is the way to go if you want to become a blogger who wants to share knowledge, education, or talk about your personal journey to help others become better than they were the day before!
